1/OUTER SHELL:
• Material: HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) against UV radiation, flame & heat
resistance, this material is durable & stronger than other material such as PP, PE.
• Comply with ANSI Z89.1-1997 standard (Comformity with Vietnam standard:
TCVN 6407 – 1998)
• Penetration & Absorption Test – Electrical resistant Test ( Quatest 3 test report
attached) Class E (20.000 Volt).
• Rain trough, accessory slots for welding helmet, visor, earmuff...
• Production date, shell material & manufacturer are prited on helmet shell.
2/HARNESS:
• 6 points attachment harness made from Woven Nylon provide more balance. This
harness is removable, washable.
• Light ratchet adjustment: very tight, do not slide.
• Sweatband made from foam with vynil provides comfort & dry. Better than
sweatband of other safety hetmet.
3/ CHINSTRAP:
• Abjustable elastic shinstrap
• Attached to shell.
